Dr. Reiner Czichos is our team's coordinator He is celebrating three anniversaries
in 2006: His 60th birthday, 30 years of experience as a trainer, moderator,
coach and consultant in Germany and internationally, and 20 years of self-employment.
Reiner Czichos is an established author. He has published numerous essays
and six books on management, is working on a seventh book, and planning three
more to reach his goal of 10 books.
He is a founding member of Q-Pool
100, the quality association of international business consultants and
trainers, and has been a board member from the association's beginnings.
About Us:
It is obvious: Consultants who claim to be able to do it all on their own,
without a team, have failed. The big "institutes," with their thick catalogues
and standardized seminars, have problems, too.
We are a small but heterogeneous team of flexible and dynamic fast learners,
with a network of up to 50 additional colleagues who are ready to join us
whenever needed. Our team has grown close during many years of cooperation
on projects, seminars and workshops, and we are able to integrate new colleagues
at any time.
Some of us have worked together for more than 20 years. While we highly value
our commonalities, we also think it is just as important that we are relatively
heterogeneous, both in our professional and/or academic backgrounds and the
issues we focus on. Our individual personalities also differ considerably.
